Cauliflower Shrimp Kasha

Hello friends, back again with another yummy recipe.Nowadays, people are health conscious, so keeping that in mind, here is a tasty but low fat recipe.
 
Ingredients
Shrimp-1lb
Cauliflower(small)-1 cut into small pieces
Garlic-6-7  pieces
Onion-finely chopped- 1
Tomato-1 (cut into small pieces)
Green chillie-4-5
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric-1 tsp
Salt ,Sugar- as desired
 
Process
clean the shrimp, rinse with salt and turmeric,heat little amount of oil in the wok, fry the shrimp.
after frying is done, put the shrimp seperatly in a bowl
in the wok, put little bit of oil again, give some mustard seed and let it splutter
put the cut garlic pieces
let it fry
after some time mix the fine chopped onion
look at the colour change
after you see the change of the onion colour, put the cauliflower which is cut into small pieces

Fry for some time

then mix the cut tomatoes.
add the green chilli, salt.
let it cook for few minutes
add sugar to taste
 
after you see the cauliflower is soft
mix the fried shrimp and add the cumin powder
shake the wok so that everything gets properly mixed up,
the whole thing will be like a fry
if you want some gravy, put little water if desired
 
Serve hot.
It can go with hot rice, Paratha,Chapatti, Puri
