Easy Salmon Bake

I like simple recipes that can get done in a snap on weekdays. Here’s a salmon I tried which turned our pretty good. And it was so simple and low fat.

You will need: Salmon (1 piece, skin on or off), curry powder (1 and a half teaspoon), paprika and ground cumin – a tea spoon each, capers in brine – 1 tablespoon, sea salt, pepper and olive oil.

Pre heat the oven to 450 degrees 

Take one piece salmon (skin on or off), clean

Cut the salmon into several small chunks.

Take a baking dish (glass) and smear the base with olive oil.

Place the salmon in the dish sprinkle with sea salt, coarsely ground pepper, about a tea spoon of ground cumin, a tea spoon and a half of curry powder and a tea spoon of Paprika.

Sprinkle with a tablespoon if capers in brine.

Bake for 13 – 15 minutes

Its ready!
