Quick and Easy Samosas – No really!

Hey everyone, I found this recipe and it worked out great. I get exhausted cooking easily and this wasnt bad at all.  And it was baked, not fried. Though it does use refridgerated pie crusts, so I dont think its really low fat, but certainly less hands on time. I also think maybe you can use a litlle less peas.

I changed the curry powder and added more Indianized spices like chat masala and a dash of coriander seeds and it was fine. If you line the baking sheet with foil, cleanup will be easy too.

I dont know about impressing the mom in law, but it certainly helps out when the office asks for Indian snacks.
