The Daily Tip off – Leftover Wine?

More often than not, my holiday parties leave me with a couple of wine bottles with some wine leftover at the bottom.  If that happens to you, you can freeze the wine in ice cube trays and re-use later in recipes that call for wine in the sauce. I love some of Rachel Ray’s recipes which do that.
